Discover Our Chocolate

We keep our batches small, making them from available beans and seasonal harvests, so each bar is a true expression of place and time. Our chocolate is crafted in Devon using the beans imported by our trusted suppliers. We roast and grind them in-house, and avoid shortcuts like bulk cocoa or pre-made chocolate.

Every bar is hand-poured and finished by us, with minimal ingredients to let the cocoa’s natural flavour shine. Expect rich, complex notes that change slightly from batch to batch—because real, craft chocolate is never exactly the same twice.
